ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
Download and print a copy of the order form.  Fill out form completely.
Names will be added to the duffel bags at no charge.  Include the name you would like on the bag. For an additional $3.00 names can be added to the T-shirts and sweatshirt.  Include the name you would like on the order form.

Orders will not be placed without payment. 

Orders with payment must be received by April 21, 2009.  This will insure delivery by July.

Ordered apparel will be brought to practice for pick up.
